Training

Voice of the Child

Our main Voice of the Child Training is a full day workshop, called The Impact Assessment Model. This provides an introduction to voice of the child in health and care-related practice, and includes pre-learning, workshop delivery, reflective group supervision and an evaluation report.

However, it is possible to undertake elements of the Impact Assessment Model in a one-day Listening to Children workshop and a half-day Storytelling – Words and Pictures Masterclass.

All of the Voice of the Child training, workshops and masterclasses are supported by the application of the Tools and techniques. The Tools have been designed with the intention of supporting  practitioners to develop and enrich listening skills to capture the voice of the child in practice.

Safer Recruitment

The One-day Safer Recruitment Training course includes an assessment of learning created by the Safer Recruitment Consortium, based on all four modules covered on the one-day course. Upon successful completion of the assessment, delegates will receive certification from the Safer Recruitment Consortium of their attendance and successful completion of the Safer Recruitment training.
